Academic & Certification Integrity

Students must

• Complete required learning activities personally;
• submit their own assessments and written work;
• provide truthful practicum records;
• follow examination rules;
• protect assessment questions and answer keys.

Prohibited activity

• Account sharing or impersonation;
• copying another student's work;
• publishing or selling exam questions/answers;
• falsifying time, practicum or client-session records;
• using scripts, browser manipulation or other tools to bypass progression controls;
• unauthorized outside assistance on closed assessments.

AI tools

CPMW may permit AI-assisted study in some contexts while prohibiting AI-generated responses on assessments intended to measure the learner's own competency. Each assignment should state whether AI assistance is allowed.

Consequences

Violations may result in assessment invalidation, required remediation, suspension of course access, denial of certification, or suspension/revocation of an issued credential, depending on severity and evidence.

Appeal

Students should receive a reasonable process to request review of a material academic-integrity or credential decision.
