Terms of Use
Draft terms for the proposed CPMW learning and credential platform. Attorney review recommended before launch.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing a program, using CPMW content, or applying for a CPMW credential, you agree to these Terms and incorporated policies.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration information, maintaining account security, and activities conducted through your account. Accounts and course access are personal and may not be shared.
3. Educational services
CPMW provides private professional education and certification. Course descriptions, prerequisites, completion requirements, tuition and credential terms may vary by program.
4. No professional licensure
Unless expressly stated otherwise, CPMW programs do not confer government licensure, an academic degree, or authority to perform legally regulated professional activities.
5. Course progression and assessments
CPMW may require minimum engagement, completion of lessons in sequence, passing scores, practicum submissions, identity verification, reviewer approval, or other competency requirements before issuing a credential.
6. Intellectual property
Course text, assessments, graphics, videos, downloads, credential designs and platform content are owned by or licensed to CPMW. Enrollment provides a limited personal educational license, not ownership or redistribution rights.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing accounts or paid course materials;
- copying or publishing assessment questions or answer keys;
- using unauthorized automation or circumvention tools;
- impersonating another learner;
- falsifying practicum or credential records;
- misrepresenting CPMW credentials or accreditation status;
- interfering with platform security.
8. Credentials
CPMW may suspend, revoke, correct or invalidate a credential obtained through fraud, material misrepresentation, academic-integrity violations, refund reversal, or serious breach of credential standards.
9. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
10. Health and professional disclaimer
CPMW educational content is not medical, psychological, legal, tax, or business advice. Students and practitioners are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their activities and location.
11. Changes
CPMW may update platform features, curriculum, policies and credential requirements prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing enrollment should be communicated reasonably.
12. Limitation language
Final production terms should include jurisdiction-appropriate warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, governing law, and consumer-rights exceptions prepared or reviewed by qualified counsel.
